Kevin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has spent over five years coaching children in both martial arts and athletic development, focusing on discipline, confidence, and foundational strength.
Kevin’s journey began as a young martial artist, and that early passion has grown into a deep commitment to teaching and empowering others. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or training for peak performance, Kevin’s goal is to guide you with personalized, practical instruction rooted in years of experience and continuous learning.

At just 10 years old, Coach Elijah brings a unique combination of energy, focus, and experience to the mat. A lifelong martial artist, he has trained from an early age and now proudly serves as a Junior Instructor, helping younger students learn the fundamentals with enthusiasm and respect.
Known for his positive attitude and sharp technique, Coach Elijah leads by example—showing that dedication and hard work aren’t limited by age. He connects naturally with kids, making learning fun while reinforcing the core values of martial arts: discipline, perseverance, and confidence.
Whether assisting in class or demonstrating techniques, he’s passionate about helping others grow—just like he has—through martial arts.
Coach Evan
Coach Evan – Martial Artist | NASM Certified Personal Trainer | Youth Coach
Coach Evan Delsack began training martial arts in elementary school to help with his confidence and focus, starting with Tae Kwon Do. In high school he was invited to try Boxing & Brazilian Jiujitsu and was off to the races: training, competing and coaching ever since. Evan has also been a high school music teacher and inaugural head wrestling coach at Sandy Spring Friends school, helping to develop their team from scratch.
A NASM Certified Fitness specialist, Evan has a practical approach to strength, conditioning and skills for martial artists of all ages.
